What’s included in certificate reading?

Paid plans include a training matrix, spreadsheet imports, original certificate evidence, human review, expiry tracking, company organisation and Excel reports.

Paid introductory pages are additional pages for your first 90 days. Business Plus includes 2,500 additional pages for your first 90 days. Monthly pages do not roll over. Annual plans have the same monthly page allowance. Each document page counts towards your certificate reading allowance. A one page certificate uses one page; a certificate with three pages uses three. Viewing and editing saved records do not use reading pages. This is the same allowance called “processing pages” in the app and terms.

Paid capacity counts active people. The Free plan counts all five profiles, including archived people, and includes 100 MB storage and basic export. Colleague logins are separate from the people whose training you manage.

A few useful answers.

What happens when I choose a Shared plan?

You create an account or sign in, start with Free for five people or pay for the selected plan before using its larger allowances. The plan and payment frequency you choose here are carried into Orgma.

Can I change or cancel a Shared plan?

An authorised owner can manage the subscription in Orgma. Upgrades show any immediate charge before confirmation. Downgrades take effect at renewal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period; it does not immediately delete the records. See the Shared terms for access, export and retention details.

Are Shared and Local the same subscription?

No. They are separate products with separate licences. Shared is an online organisation workspace. Local runs on one Windows installation.

Does Orgma decide whether someone is compliant?

No. Your organisation sets training requirements, checks the original evidence and makes the decisions. Orgma helps organise the records and highlight gaps.
